Zerust VCI Paper is saturated with vapor corrosion inhibitors for robust protection of guitar strings in storage and shipping. The paper is pH neutral, acid free and non-abrasive. It is made from paper sourced from responsible managed forests and is fully recyclable.
Zerust VCI Envelopes can be made in many different materials, sizes, and printing options.
Zerust VCI diffusers
Zerust VCI film and paper envelopes diffuse proprietary Zerust VCIs (Vapor Corrosion
Inhibitors) to protect metals from corrosion. Zerust VCI packaging is safe*, easy to use
and protected items are ready to be used as soon as they are removed from the packaging.
Product Information: Zerust VCI Envelopes are made from Zerust paper and poly film
products that are fully saturated with vapor corrosion inhibitors.
Appearance: Typical colors are clear, yellow, brown, and green. Additional colors
available upon request. Subject to order minimums.
Protection Durations:
VCI Poly — Up to 5 years
VCI Paper — Up to 1 year
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and away from sunlight for up to 2 years.
Protected Metal Types: Ferrous, multimetal and non-ferrous protection are available.
